Instructions:

To remove the bones from your fish, first cut around the centre bone with a sharp knife, dividing the fish into two fillets. Then carefully run your hand against the grain of the fish flesh to locate the bones or pin bones. Grip the top of a bone with the fishbone tweezers and pull outwards – then repeat.
