Payne County Bird is hand mixed in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Bird is fusion-blend of poultry and pork complementing herbs and spices. Uses on chicken breast, wings, whole birds, pork chops or ribs.

Payne Country Seasonings recommends that you START with liberal usage at the beginning to roast and caramelize the seasonings, and then add some prior to serving for a dash of fresh spice flavors.

Ingredients: Salt, paprika, granulated onion, rosemary, ginger powder, black pepper, cumin, cayenne pepper, sunflower oil, silicon dioxide (to prevent caking)
