Curator’s Notes

This box made of Akita cedar absorbs moisture and has anti-bacterial properties to keep bread and loaves fresh and lasting longer. Its compact size is suited for fluffy milk bread but can be used for rolls, sliced bread and other foods that require humidity control. We especially adore the walnut wood handle that doesn’t easily show dirt and the size that will take up a small footprint on countertops.
