Curator’s Notes
Verveine tea is also known as lemon verbena because it is made of the leaves from the lemon verbena plant. The tea has a fragrant, fresh lemony aroma. These tea leaves are cultivated chemical free so they are agriculturally organic (to Demeter International quality). We love how the tea comes from a farmer whose focus is to produce this specific type of tea. The leaves are plucked by hand carefully then air-dried. All of the farmer’s efforts have resulted in premium verveine tea leaves that are green, whole and never crushed. They make for a refreshing pitcher of iced tea or a small handful of leaves can be brewed with water for hot tea anytime of the day.
