Curator’s Notes

Akiko Ando’s beautiful hand made textile comes with a thoughtful tie to easily hang it up within reach, to wrap a lunchbox, or to tie a small package. One corner has a loop so the long tie can string through to create a quick bib. The cloth can also cover items in a basket while the long tie prevents the cloth from blowing in the wind. Made of durable cotton, this versatile cloth is a lovely addition to your textile collection that makes anything from transporting objects to drying dishes a little bit more enjoyable.
