Curator’s Notes

This cherry bark tea scoop is hand-whittled and polished from cherry bark sourced in northern Japan, making each scoop one-of-a-kind. We love adding it to our many tea containers for Japanese, Taiwanese or English loose leaf teas, and it pairs perfectly with the Raw Cherry Bark or Smooth Cherry Bark tea canisters, also by Denshiro. The natural touch really enhances the whole tea ritual and makes it feel special. The smooth finish and raw exterior texture give it such a beautiful balance of elegance and rustic charm. It’s not just practical—it truly enriches the entire tea experience.
