I am a Fish Spoon. Fishing and spooning are two of my favorite activities.

Curator’s Notes

This fish spoon is a utensil designed to help you enjoy your fish with ease and grace. The notch in its side removes small bones, and also allows excess oil to drain away. The spoon’s wide, flat surface picks up tender, flaky fish without causing it to fall apart, and is imperative in enjoying every last bit of broth or sauce. Its extra shallow basin means you don’t even have to tip the bowl or plate!
