The fully automatic sealing and cutting machine can be used for fully automatic online shrink packaging of products. It uses photoelectric detection to automatically detect products. It can choose automatic feeding or manual feeding modes. It uses folded film and can seal the other three sides. The constant temperature heating sealing and cutting system can be used to seal and cut various industrial standard heat-sealed films such as PE, PVC, POF, etc.

The seal is firm and beautiful, especially suitable for POF sealing and cutting. When changing the product size, it only needs to be adjusted simply by the hand wheel, without replacing any parts, which reduces the product replacement time and is easier to operate. The adjustable speed front feeding system and the storage work platform at the back make the whole machine truly realize high-speed, unmanned automatic operation.

Internal circulation heat shrink machine:
The power of the internal circulation heat shrink machine is generally around 6-12KW, and the set temperature is also relatively high, generally around 130°-160°. The settings are different according to the thickness of the material, the speed of conveying the product, the size of the air volume, and the temperature. If the product is not resistant to high temperatures, a low temperature can be used and a thin shrink film can be used. If the shrink film is thick, the temperature needs to be increased, and the power of the shrink machine needs to be larger. The temperature increases with the speed of conveying the product, and decreases on the contrary. The temperature decreases with the increase of the air volume, and increases on the contrary. The power of POF and PVC shrink machines is generally 6-12KW, and the temperature is generally set at around 130-°160°.
