The elongated blade is sleek and elegant in silver plated brass. The blade is thin making it great for spreading. Setting something on the table as simple as a loaf of warm bread and fresh butter with a couple beautiful items like this butter knife makes the experience so much more enjoyable!

- Silver plated heads are antibacterial
- Crude casted brass surface (“Ihada”) handles
- Made from lead-free brass ideal for tableware
- Molding in Takaoka City
- Brass products gradually change their color over the course of many years due to oxidization
- A camel colored patina on the handles is expected to develop within 5 years
- A russet brown color patina is expected to develop at approximately 30 years
- Hand washing is recommended
- Individually packaged in a brown box
- Includes a small polishing cloth that can be occasionally used to polish the piece back to it’s original luster
