Even with all of the advances in lighting technology, I always think of lighting candles as a timeless pleasure. Echoing this sentiment, Daiyo combines a traditional tool with a modern shape in this clean and elegant candle snuffer. Used in temples throughout Japan, the candle snuffer cleanly removes wicks and extinguishes the flame, while keeping the candle neat and tidy. Featuring a lacquer finish, this tool is handcrafted from iron to ensure that the tool itself and the tradition endure.
