Curator’s Notes
A cheese knife with just the right proportions for cutting cheese and charcuterie meats! It can also be used as a small knife for chopping herbs and fruit. The brass handle will develop a patina while the high performance stainless steel blade remains easy to wash and convenient for everyday use. Pairs nicely with the Azmaya Cheese Board found here.
