Curator’s Notes

Our Denim Ojami Cushions, found here, are based on the four-panel shape of Japanese bean bag toys. To pay homage to their source of inspiration, we decided to create our own version of this traditional bean bag – the hacky sack! These mini Ojamis are made from rugged denim and are fit to kick around the park while trying to keep off the ground in a game of ‘footbag’. Grab a pal and have fun!
