Curator’s Notes

One of our favorite products from 10¹² Terra, the Long Flower Showcase embodies the brand’s pursuit to create objects that allow you to enjoy plant life in various stages. Often times we’re given bouquets of flowers from loved ones with the longing to preserve its memory. With this showcase, you can do so by taking a single stem and placing it on a pin at the base of the vessel. Turn it upside down and observe as the flower changes. When it is fully dry, flip the case. The dried flower will stand naturally upright while maintaining its beautiful form.

• Handmade in Japan
• Copper metal edges
• Glass top rests on an oak base that has a pin in the center for placing a flower stem
• When drying the flower upside down, we suggest leaving a small opening with the lid to allow moisture to escape
• Each showcase is handmade and small variations in their color and shape may exist
• Due to the nature of the product, it may be damaged if handled roughly or washed. Please handle with care
