Curator’s Notes

With how much ginger I add to my cooking, the Copper Grater has become one of the tools I use most in the kitchen. This lightweight grater brush helps me get more ginger into my food by making it easy to remove the fibers on the sharp toothed plate without cutting my fingers. The bristles are made from flexible bamboo, which makes cleaning the grater quick and easy and ensures that the grater stays sharp and ready to use.
