Rice boiled in this traditional method with the Hagama Rice Cooker is noticeably tastier as the cast iron boiler heats contents evenly to create plump grains and crispy edges. Great for cooking plain rice or a special rice and beans recipe! The boiler pot is heavyweight, durable and has a thick cast iron wall made with renowned Nambu-style ironware techniques. Cast iron cookware is built to last and if cared for appropriately, this Hagama rice cooker will be a staple in the kitchen for many years.
