Working principle
● Vacuuming: Put the box with the product into the device, and the device uses a vacuum pump to extract the air in the box to form a certain vacuum degree.
● Inflation: Inflate with nitrogen, carbon dioxide, oxygen and other mixed gases according to the set ratio. Nitrogen can protect the product and prevent oxidation, carbon dioxide can inhibit the growth of microorganisms, and an appropriate amount of oxygen can help some products maintain their color.
● Sealing: After the gas is filled, the box cover and the box body are sealed and combined by heat pressing and other methods to complete the packaging.
