Curator’s Notes

The flat edge of this wooden Ice Cream Spoon is perfect for dunking into soft desserts like gelato or soft serve. The hand-carved handle is strong and has a great texture when you hold it between your fingers. Each facet catches light beautifully, similar to a cut stone. Like all of Ryuji Mitani’s wooden utensils, these spoons are humble and understated, but still have a strong physical presence to them from the moment you pick them up.
