Curator’s Notes

The pour-over method of brewing coffee has become a great way to appreciate the nuance and depth of flavor in coffee beans. This kettle is carefully designed to have an easy-to-pour spout with its downward facing opening, allowing for a more accurate stream of hot water to flow. Koizumi-san is known for his attention to the user experience, and this subtle design detail enhances your morning coffee routine.
