Curator’s Notes
Conte’s Koshimasu oil pot server has become a household staple we didn’t know we would reach for so frequently. Consisting of a stainless steel container, filter and lid, the pot has a tall and slim shape that takes up minimal space on the counter. The container’s curved lip stops drips, and the lid can be lifted with one hand to keep the other hand free and clean during use. While the pot is made to strain cooking oil for reuse, we like using it to mix and infuse dressings directly in the container. Small size can be found here.
