I am a medium blackened brass stationary tray. Not too big, not too small! Just the perfect size to display business cards, hold jewelry or keep your memos neatly organized and beautifully displayed.

Curator’s Notes

The classic shape and Kuro-Mura casted surface on these trays gives them an antique appearance. This traditional method of casting mixes pigments with Japanese lacquer (Urushi) giving a unique texture and sophisticated appearance. Their weight feels substantial and appropriate for daily use while the slow oxidization of the brass makes its coloration and texture look richer over many years of usage.
