Description
I am a Shochu Pitcher. You don’t need perfect pitch to know that chilled shochu always hits the high note.
Curator’s Notes
Three overlapping sections fit together to form this shochu pitcher. The outer compartment regulates the temperature of the inner one – filling it with chilled water or ice will help to keep the contents of the inner compartment cold, making the pitcher a great way to serve shochu, sake, or even wine! The separate layers easily disassemble to make washing a breeze. By the way, Shochu is a Japanese hard liquor, distilled from sweet potato, barley, rice, buckwheat or sugar cane.
