Curator’s Notes

When my friend turned me onto using tongs, I never looked back. They are just so maneuverable and versatile! Meat, fish, vegetables, even delicate pieces of tofu are flipped, shifted, and turned so much easier with a pair of tongs than with any other kitchen tool. I love this pair for its smaller size and how it tapers at the end for picking up daintier ingredients. The black resin coating is textured for grip, and protects your pots and pans from being scratched. We prefer these more for cooking and the Stainless Steel Tongs for serving.
