Curator’s Notes

An elegant addition to the home, this shoehorn can balance on it’s base or hang by a leather loop. A truly standout piece that makes the everyday task of putting on shoes more efficient and enjoyable.

“Kime” means texture or wood grain in Japanese and each Kime product features the unique qualities of the wood it is made from. The sleek shapes and smooth texture highlight the outstanding skill of the craftsmen who make each piece in Asahikawa, Japan.
