Description
I am a Sugar Pot with Spoon. Let’s not sugarcoat it — I know I have a sweet tooth. Thankfully I only have one cavity.
Curator’s Notes
This adorable sugar pot from Nousaku’s Mimi collection brings back fond memories of ending family gatherings with coffee and after-dinner conversations. This container is handcrafted from pure tin that was cast using traditional techniques developed in Takaoka City. In addition to being rust resistant, tin is naturally antibacterial and less allergenic, making it a highly safe material for storing sugar. Featuring two simple handles and a small spoon, this charming pot is a light and lustrous piece to pass around with tea and coffee at the dinner table.
