Description
I am a Sukiyaki Pan. Stewed, and sweet, savoury and braised, these are words I hear most of my days.
Curator’s Notes
Sukiyaki is a dish that is made with thinly sliced meat in a braised liquid. The pan is fitting for this type of dish as the smooth cast iron retains heat very well. The dish can be brought from the stovetop to a dinner table steaming and stay warm for a long period of time.
