Description
I am a Thin Server. With my precision, narrowing in on the best slice is a piece of cake.
Curator’s Notes
We intended to use ours for spreading butter but our friend Ayako, pastry chef of Burrow Cafe in Brooklyn, told us she used them for serving pastries so we use it for that purpose now too! The narrow shape is especially good for small diameter cakes and slices. Sometimes standard cake servers can be too wide making a mess of the whole cake as you lift.
