Curator’s Notes

Some of my favorite things are small like seashells, stamps, matchbooks collected along the way. But when they are left out, they lose some of their magic and start to feel like clutter. Boxes like this one help contain them, so that opening the lid feels like rediscovering a collection of small stories all over again.

Lately, I’ve been sharing my pin and brooch collection with my toddler, watching him turn each piece over in his hands with the same wonder I once felt. The Tsuga Wood Small Box feels made for that kind of moment. Simple, familiar, and just the right size to hold the things that somehow always mean more than you expect.
