Pronounced as “Bar-V-Bar”, this beef seasoning is our favorite OkieSpice blend for beef brisket but know that it’s also great on all cuts of beef! The salt, pepper, onion and garlic make for a perfect beef seasoning base, but the Demerara sugar is what sets this rub apart with a hint of sweet. Smother and cover your cuts generously with this rub, let them rest a bit before cooking, add fire and time, and then wonder how you enjoyed brisket without it!

This rub is named for the cattle brand “-V-” from Grandpa’s ranch in Buffalo, OK.
