The “Yaki Yaki San” Grill Pan is a great way to entertain or simply cook daily meals. It can function as a tabletop grill as it produces minimal smoke. Great for cooking lean meals because it acts like a drip pan, naturally removing excess fat and oil from the ingredients as they drip into the main reservoir while cooking. The porous clay cooks food evenly.
