Return Eligibility

How to Initiate a Return

The system will guide you through selecting the item, stating the reason for return, and obtaining any required authorization. Unrequested returns may not be accepted.

Inspection & Refund Processing

Returned items are inspected upon receipt to verify they meet the stated return conditions. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed. In certain cases we may offer an exchange or store credit in lieu of a refund. The refund amount will reflect the value of the returned items and any authorized adjustments for item condition where applicable.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, indicate the issue when initiating the return and provide supporting photos if requested. We will prioritize inspection and resolution for such cases and will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please retain packaging and documentation until the matter is resolved.

Partial Refunds & Restocking

In some circumstances, partial refunds may be issued (for example, when items are returned in a condition that reduces their resale value). Where applicable, adjustments will be explained in the refund notification and reflected in the refunded amount.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be marked as non-returnable or final sale in the product description. These items cannot be returned unless faulty or received in error. Please review product details before completing your purchase for any non-returnable designations.

International Returns
