Curator’s Notes

This spatula is great for mixing pastas and preparing meals. Since 1898, Kohchosai has been specializing in making a variety of bamboo craft products. The Minotake line, designed by the world-renowned Makoto Koizumi, utilizes the natural properties and curvature of bamboo to create a series of cutlery items and kitchen tools. Each ergonomic bamboo piece is naturally lightweight, uniquely curved and features purposeful angles and arches. This spatula is great for mixing pastas and preparing meals.
