I am a Minotake Bamboo Triangular Spatula. I like to discover the roads less traveled in all the corners of a jar! I dive head first into things I know nothing about! Sometimes that can get me into a lot of trouble, but most of the time it gets me to the best parts!

Curator’s Notes

This Triangular Spatula is shaped to easily scoop hard to reach corners of a jar and for spreading condiments. Since 1898, Kohchosai has been specializing in making a variety of bamboo craft products. The Minotake line, designed by the world-renowned Makoto Koizumi, utilizes the natural properties and curvature of bamboo to create a series of cutlery items and kitchen tools. Each ergonomic bamboo piece is naturally lightweight, uniquely curved and features purposeful angles and arches.
