• Handcrafted in Matsumoto, Japan
• Features Ryuji Mitani’s abstract signature on the bottom of the platter
• A curved round rim is carved around the circumference of the platter
• Do not soak urushi lacquered pieces in water for prolonged periods
• Wash with a soft sponge and mild dish soap
• Rinse with warm water
• Wipe with a cloth and dry well before storing
• Each piece is unique and will have variations
• Urushi lacquer will change with time developing a patina uniquely it’s own
