Description

I am Hosomi, a sake vessel. Sake is enhanced in my stemmed cup that’s pristine white… Now, raise your cup to merry days and lively nights!

Curator’s Notes

The Jicon porcelain sake vessels are designed to enhance the experience of drinking sake. Similar to wine glasses, these expertly crafted stemmed cups have different shapes that alter the taste, fragrance and act of sipping sake. Inspired by European and Persian style goblets, each pristine white vessel from this three cup series is designed with a unique style and charming form. “Subomi” found here, and “Hiraki” found here.

Sake Vessel was curated by Angélique Chmielewski
